  • I did not receive my course certificate
    Check that the network connection works with other browsers and applications. Ensure that the certificate has not been filtered into the spam (or similar) folder in your email inbox.
  • I have problems when studying a course
    After logging in you see a white/grey screen or the course does not start at all Most likely your browser is not html5 compliant. Check that you have updated your browser (Chrome or Safari) . You are experiencing technical problems while studying Sometimes a page does not load or the course gets stuck. Check your network connection with your browser and programme to see if you are still online. If the problem persists, take a screenshot or photo of the situation and submit a support request to support@airportcollege.com Saving course completion at the end of the course does not work If you see the orange bar at the top of the screen for more than a minute with text saying that your completion is being saved, please take a screenshot or photo of the situation and submit a support request to Airport College.
  • I can't login to the course
    You found the correct course login page, but something went wrong, right? 🤔 Try the following: Check that all the login fields have been filled in with the required information. Please double check your company name and password. When copying the password, sometimes an extra space is left at the end of the password and it is not visible. You should write the password manually rather than trying to copy/paste it. If you are using a voucher code to enrol in the course, make sure the code is correct. If you copy and paste the code, make sure there are no extra spaces after copying and pasting. You should write the password manually rather than trying to copy/paste it.
  • What operating system and/or browser can I use to study the courses?
    Most modern computers, tablets and mobile phones can be used to study AirportCollege.com eLearning courses. Below is a list of supported platforms and versions. However, technology and software are developing so quickly that this list may not be 100% accurate.   • Where is my course?
    If you can't find where to log in to the course Please contact your company's training department or your manager for the link to the course(s). You cannot log in to the course First check the following Check that your network connection is working with other browsers and programs. Make sure the course URL (link) is correct. If the URL (link) is correct and the page does not work, contact your company's IT support as there is probably a problem with your network connection. The problem may also be due to an incompatible device, operating system or browser. If you are unable to resolve the problem by following these steps, please send a message to Airport College Support and include the URL address where you are trying to log in to the course.
  • What device can I use to study the courses?
    Most of the modern computers, tablets and mobile phones can be used to study Airport College eLearning courses. Computer (Windows 10/11 or Mac) Tablet (Android or iPad) Mobile Phone (Android or iPad)
  • I Want to submit a support ticket
    If you cannot solve the problem by yourself, make a support request. Send email to support(at)airportcollege.com and include the following information as far as possible. Please note that we offer Email or Chat Support Service only for our corporate customers who have effective Service Agreement with us. Please include following information in your support request EMAIL SUBJECT: Your company name and description of the problem in few of words (for example: Aviation Company: I can't login to Airside Safety) EMAIL BODY TEXT: Write the following information as fully as possible to the email body: The complete URL (web address) where you used or tried to use the course Free-format description of the problem and other additional information Photos and/or screenshots can be added as attachment To help us locate the issue, you can send your browser info. Just follow the steps below: Go to https://www.whatismybrowser.com/ Copy the link under the heading "SHARE YOUR SYSTEM INFO WITH TECH SUPPORT" to the support email (the link looks like this: "whatismybrowser.com/w/85XMWQP") Paste this information to your support request

How to use course vouchers

What are course vouchers?

  1. Airport College course vouchers are unique codes that allow one person to study a specific eLearning course. ​

  2. Voucher codes are a combination of lower case letters, upper case letters and numbers. They look like this: 8nfW3F​​

  3. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. 

When you have received one voucher code 

  1. Open the login link that you received with the voucher code.

  2. Copy or type the voucher code into the text box and click Continue.

  3. Fill in the required fields with your own details, tick the box to accept cookies and click Login to course.

When you purchased vouchers for you staff members

  1. If you are purchasing voucher codes for your employees, please pass them on as follows.

  2. Allocate one code per person per course and save this information for future use (e.g. Excel).

  3. Send each person only their own code(s) and the login link.
