Sustainability in Aviation
This eLearning course provides a broad introduction to sustainability in the aviation industry, covering not only environmental challenges but also social and economic impacts. It highlights key initiatives and strategies aimed at creating a more sustainable future for aviation. Participants will gain a solid understanding of how global aviation can transition towards a more sustainable future.
The course provides practical ideas and solutions on how everyone in aviation can contribute to sustainability through small, impactful actions in their daily work. The course emphasises the critical role of operational practices, policy frameworks, and innovative technologies in driving this transition.Â
Airport Lounge Operations
This eLearning course is designed to provide personnel with the relevant knowledge, understanding and practical skills for the standards and requirements of airport lounge operations.
Participants will gain an understanding of how to manage and operate airport lounges to ensure safe use of lounge equipment, compliance with food hygiene standards and customer service standards and requirements.
The course content is in accordance with IATA's Airport Handling Manual, AHM1110 PAX13-Lounges.
Halal Catering Operations
This year we will be launching eLearning courses for in-flight catering, the first of which will be Halal Catering Operations. This eLearning course is designed to provide personnel with information about the HALAL food in in-flight catering operations and the regulations that employees need to follow.
Participants will gain an understanding the differences between Halal and Haram, which is crucial for anyone involved in the preparation and handling of food in a Halal certified kitchen.
