Collection of employee feedback is important also when developing eLearning courses. Nowadays the course feedback system is an integral part of each eLearning course, but there is more we can do. Regular discussions with employees regarding competence development are important for employee engagement and commitment. They provide an opportunity to gather information for development of personnel training and eLearning courses.
