Air cargo industry must educate next generation of managers

The air cargo industry faces a big training challenge to prepare the next generation of managers for airfreight industry. This is a key finding according to a two-year research project. A task force led by major associations (TIACA, IATA and FIATA) published the final report including an educational demands matrix.

The task force compiled a comprehensive educational matrix identifying training courses and areas of deficiency.
